📢 Mark your calendars for Women's Symposium 2023. Individuals interested in advancing women within academia and healthcare, join us on November 29, 2023, for a virtual day filled with empowering discussions, inspiring speakers, and networking opportunities. Planning Committee Chair Statement Women remain underrepresented as leaders in academia and healthcare settings. To close this gap, cultural change and contributions from all involved in these spheres will be important - whether that is existing women in leadership or those seeking to be allies, mentors and sponsors for aspiring women leaders. The 2023 Women’s Symposium will be a venue where we can bring together all individuals (women, non-binary folks, and their allies) to consider how we might close the persistent gender gap within our work environments. This event is the 3rd annual event, after the very successful inaugural event in 2021. This year we will focus on transitions. Life and career changes are often times of excitement but also uncertainty. We will hear from leaders and advocates about how these transitions can be approached, and how we can support one another through them. Sign up for details: https://lnkd.in/gNnrh5Wt #FhsWomen23
